Extremely small spine width

Annie:
Hi -- at the moment I seem to be doing a load of paperback covers with very few pages. However, I'm not allowed to have the spine (middle page of 3 page spread) width less than 4.2mm. I know this might seem weird but some of these books need a spine width of 3mm. Is there something I can do about this? Many thanks.

If you have the most recent version of Page COntrol on CS4, please check your margins settings. the need to fit in every page size.
