MIF to .indd is Great , What about the .book  to .indb.  Long documents built properly will most likely be built using .book but I don't see a way to convert from a Frame book to an Indesign Book. I expect that both are XML based. I have my DAM (Digital Asset Management) Associate looking into it. this sounds like a free tool to me.  Wink

Hi,

as of now this conversion is not supported. I'll check what are the outlooks on this one.

Thanks,

Hello again,

I've checked with my colleagues and this feature is already in the plans for the 2.0 version.

Best regards,

I will see what we can do in the mean time on our end. I will let you know as soon as we get any results, it may help in your development.

We looked at the two files in an editor and have decided that we will leave that on up to you. Its messy in there (headers). but both have XML with declarations. Have fun with this one. I will be antipating the completed app.
